  I would like to welcome you to our very special, "Cyber~Friends of the 'Net" page. When I first began my web page, 
I was so overwhelmed by the thought of where to begin. There is so much to learn when you first start, and I can assure you, it does eventually come together! Focus on your class and what goals you wish to accomplish 
within your school year. 
Give thought to publishing some of your students' work on your site. They will love to see it as will their families and friends. The enhanced communication that a classroom site can bring, both to your students and their families, is so well-worth your efforts. Before I actually began my site in 2001, I decided to look at what other teachers had created as sites. I was amazed at what I found! The sites showed so much thought, careful organization, and creativity, not to mention a strong and sincere commitment to their professions. This page is in dedication to the many creative teachers I have had the pleasure of meeting and talking with as I have worked on creating a site that I feel addresses the interests and needs of my students.
